Freshman are students who have graduated from high school and are coming directly to North Alabama. If you are a new freshman, you will need to create a MyUNA account to complete your admissions application.
Transfer 本科生
Transfer students are any degree-seeking students with prior college-level work from another institution (excluding dual-enrollment). You will need to create a MyUNA account to complete your admissions application.

High school students who wish to participate in UNA 早期的大学 should complete a dual enrollment application via the MyUNA account. Students participating in UNA 早期的大学 may earn dual credit through their high school if their district is a participating dual credit partner.
International 本科生
International students are any students coming from outside the United States who do not have a US citizenship or legal permanent resident status. If you are a prospective international student, 你可能 begin your international undergraduate application.
International students transferring from another US institution may K8彩乐园 for admission by submitting an additional "Transfer In" packet.
Transient 本科生
Transient students are those who are enrolled in a degree program at another university. If you are a transient student, 你可能, with the written approval of the parent institution, enroll at North Alabama. You must provide a transient approval form or transcript from your current institution to complete your application.
Former 本科生
Former students are North Alabama students who wish to re-enroll after an absence of one or more fall/spring semesters. If you have attended another institution since you last attended North Alabama, you will need to K8彩乐园 as a transfer student.
与学位 Seeking 本科生
Students who wish to enroll in North Alabama courses but not earn a degree still need to K8彩乐园 for admission. Non-degree seeking students are not aid eligible and will not qualify for Federal Aid. However, some scholarships and discounts may K8彩乐园.
Second Bachelor’s Degree
Students who have obtained a bachelor’s degree from UNA or any other institution are considered Second Bachelor’s, 或学士学位后. A transcript from the degree awarding institution is required for admission and credit evaluation. Former UNA post baccalaureate students do not have to request the transcript for admission.

New graduate students are any graduate degree-seeking students who hold a Bachelor's degree or higher and have never enrolled in a graduate program at UNA.
Former 研究生
Former graduate students are students who have previously been admitted to a UNA graduate program and enrolled in graduate coursework at UNA.
Transfer 研究生
Transfer graduate students are any graduate degree-seeking students with prior graduate-level coursework from another institution.
International 研究生
International graduate students are any incoming graduate students who are not U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents. If you are a prospective graduate student, 你可能 begin your international graduate application.
International graduate students who are transferring from another U.S. institution may K8彩乐园 for admission by submitting an additional "Transfer In" packet.
与学位 Seeking 研究生
Non-degree seeking graduate students are unclassified students who wish to enroll in UNA graduate courses but not earn a graduate degree. Unclassified graduate applicants should select the "Unclassified, 与学位 Seeking" academic program option for the appropriate college at UNA.
Transient 研究生
Transient graduate students are those who are enrolled in a graduate degree program at another institution and wish to take graduate coursework at UNA to transfer back to the parent institution. Transient students will need to provide a letter of good standing from the parent institution. Transient graduate applicants should select the "Unclassified, 与学位 Seeking" academic program option for the appropriate college at UNA.

Doctoral students are doctoral degree-seeking graduate students who hold a master’s degree or higher.
